- Contact information: Name, business email address, mobile phone number, and business or team name when you submit our contact or strategy call request form.
- Qualification information: Team size, current monthly marketing spend, and details about the pipeline problem you wish to solve.
- Engagement information: Information shared during strategy calls, onboarding, and ongoing partnership, including business goals, market data, and operational details.
- Billing information: When you become a Pipelineworks partner, we collect billing details necessary to process payments. Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment processor, Stripe, and are not stored on our servers.
- Correspondence: Records of email, text, phone, and video communications you have with us.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and other diagnostic data.
- Cookies and similar technologies: See Section 5 below.
- Analytics data: Aggregated and anonymized data regarding how visitors interact with the Site, collected through analytics providers such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.
1.3 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information about you from third parties such as advertising networks, lead-gen partners, public databases, and our own ISA outreach activities (where you have consented to be contacted or where we have a lawful basis to do so).

- Affiliates and partners: Pipelineworks operates the Ascension Group Seller Certainty System under a brand-licensing arrangement with The Ascension Group. Information may be shared with The Ascension Group to the extent necessary to provide the Services to you.

- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, in which case your information may be transferred to the successor entity.

All payments processed through Pipelineworks are handled by Stripe, Inc., our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Pipelineworks does not collect, store, or transmit your full payment card details on our own servers. When you provide payment information, that information is transmitted directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection. Stripe's use of your payment data is governed by their Privacy Policy.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Site, remember your preferences, and serve relevant content and advertising.

Our Services are intended for business professionals and are not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
