Pipelineworks LLC ("Pipelineworks," "we," "our," or "us") believes a refund policy should be written in plain language and applied honestly. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for the services we provide, including the Ascension Group Seller Certainty System (the "Services"). It is incorporated into our Terms & Conditions.
3-month program fees are non-refundable once the build has begun, but are covered by our performance guarantee. Month-to-month engagements can be cancelled at any time. Marketing spend already deployed to advertising platforms is non-refundable. Onboarding fees are non-refundable once onboarding has commenced. Read on for the full detail.
This Refund Policy applies to all paid services purchased from Pipelineworks under any Engagement Agreement, including the Foundation, Accelerator, and Command tiers of the Ascension Group Seller Certainty System, as well as any add-on services. The specific terms of your Engagement Agreement may include additional refund provisions, in which case the Engagement Agreement governs.
Strategy calls and initial consultations are provided free of charge. No payment is taken in advance of the call. There is nothing to refund.
The standard onboarding fee is set forth in the Engagement Agreement. This fee is waived when the Client commits to a full 3-month program and books onboarding during the strategy call.
When charged, the onboarding fee is fully refundable up until the kickoff meeting has been scheduled. Once onboarding has commenced (defined as the earlier of: the kickoff meeting taking place, or any onboarding deliverable being produced by Pipelineworks), the onboarding fee is non-refundable, as significant Pipelineworks team time is invested in market mapping, ICP definition, and system design.
Foundation, Accelerator, and Command program fees correspond to a 3-month done-with-you build and operation period. Specific fee amounts are set forth in the Engagement Agreement and are typically paid in full at signing or in scheduled installments per the Engagement Agreement.
3-month program fees are non-refundable once the build phase has commenced. This is because Pipelineworks immediately commits significant team resources, ad creative production, ISA hiring and training, and platform integrations to your engagement, and those costs cannot be recovered.
Program fees are, however, fully covered by the Skin in the Game Performance Guarantee set forth in Section 8 of this Policy.
If you wish to cancel before the build phase commences (defined as the earlier of: the kickoff meeting taking place, or 7 days after Engagement Agreement execution), you are entitled to a full refund of program fees paid, less any onboarding work already performed.
Month-to-month engagements may be cancelled at any time by providing written notice to support@pipelineworksllc.org. Specific monthly amounts for each tier are set forth in the Engagement Agreement.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle. The Client will not be charged for the next billing cycle, but no prorated refund will be issued for the current cycle, as Pipelineworks team time and resources have already been allocated for that period.
The minimum monthly marketing investment, as set forth in the Engagement Agreement, funds digital advertising spend on platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok, as well as ISA outbound calling costs.
Marketing spend funds, once deployed to a third-party advertising platform or used to compensate ISAs for outbound activity, are non-refundable. Pipelineworks does not control these third-party platforms and cannot recover funds once deployed.
If you cancel an engagement, any marketing spend funds that have been pre-paid but not yet deployed will be refunded to you within fourteen (14) business days.
Management fees, as set forth in the Engagement Agreement, compensate Pipelineworks for active media buying and operational oversight. Management fees corresponding to spend already deployed are non-refundable, as the work has been performed.
Where an Engagement Agreement specifies a certified appointment quota, Pipelineworks backs that quota with the following guarantee:
If, at the end of the agreed engagement period, Pipelineworks has not delivered against the certified appointment quota set forth in the Engagement Agreement, Pipelineworks will, at the Client's election:
The Performance Guarantee applies only when the Client has met all Client Responsibilities set forth in Section 9 of the Terms & Conditions, including without limitation:
The "certified appointment" definition used to measure the quota is the definition set forth on the Site and in the Engagement Agreement: a real seller, contacted and confirmed by a Pipelineworks ISA, with validated motivation, confirmed timeline, and meeting the Client's specific qualification criteria.
The Performance Guarantee is a guarantee of certified appointments, not of closed transactions, listings taken, gross commission income, or any other downstream business outcome. Conversion of certified appointments into closed business depends on Client's sales execution, which is outside Pipelineworks' control. The Performance Guarantee is the sole and exclusive remedy for any failure to deliver against the certified appointment quota.

We acknowledge all refund requests within two (2) business days. We aim to resolve all refund requests within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at support@pipelineworksllc.org so we can resolve the issue directly. We are committed to working in good faith with every Client. Initiating a chargeback before contacting Pipelineworks may result in suspension of Services and is a material breach of the Engagement Agreement. Pipelineworks reserves the right to dispute any chargeback that is inconsistent with this Refund Policy or the Engagement Agreement.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe, Inc. Refund processing typically takes five (5) to ten (10) business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer or bank. Pipelineworks does not control the timing once the refund has been issued by Stripe.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy. Refund terms that apply to your engagement are those in effect at the time you signed your Engagement Agreement.
